Think: The License
Your license is your always-on intelligence layer. Ask anything about any company, market, or contact and get answers in real time, inside the platform, at no additional cost. This is where strategy lives.
Explore a new market. Build and refine an ICP. Prep for a meeting. Score an exhibitor list before a trade show. Understand concentration risk across your portfolio. Research the background of someone you are about to call. None of that costs a credit.
You are not prompting a general AI with public internet data. You are querying intelligence built on 18M+ company records, 300M+ employment profiles, and ML models back-tested over 15 years. That is what makes every answer forward-looking rather than historical.
The license also covers continuous monitoring of your customer and prospect universe. Headcount forecasting, portfolio analysis, concentration risk, and market signals are surfaced automatically on your behalf, all the time.
License fees scale with the size of the company universe you want Clarecast to monitor and the number of users on your team. If you bring an existing customer base, your license is scoped around monitoring that universe alongside your prospect targets. If you are starting fresh, it is scoped around the market you want to pursue.
Every license includes a monthly credit allocation, so you can act from day one.

Act: The Credits
Credits are consumed when you cross from understanding into producing. When Clarecast builds a deliverable, generates a packaged output, scales intelligence across a list, or creates something you take outside the platform.
The thinking layer is what makes your credits count. You have already scored your prospects, prioritized the ones worth acting on, and refined your strategy, so every credit you spend is targeted rather than exploratory. The license protects the credits from waste.

We do not publish a one-size-fits-all rate card because the right configuration genuinely varies. A 15-person recruiting firm and an insurance carrier are solving different problems at different scales.
Every new customer starts with a conversation about an initial use case, the size of the universe they want to monitor, and how they expect to use credits. From there we put together a structure that makes sense for where they are today, including a monthly credit allocation that gets them acting from day one.
A one-time setup fee is scoped to your use case and covers the work of getting your universe loaded, your team onboarded, and the platform configured for how you will actually use it.
